Time Off

We offer generous vacation: 24 days off up to 3 years of employment, 29 days at 3-7 years and 34 for 7+ years in addition to 11 paid holidays.

Home Office Reimbursement

As a remote-first organization, we provide reimbursement for home office setup — including internet.

Quarterly Team Convenings

We’re serious about our team culture. Even though we’re proud of our fully remote setup, we take time to connect in person once a quarter.

401k Contribution

We help you save for retirement by providing an 8% nonelective employer contribution to your 401(k).
